Downtown Spirits Access Policy

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Downtown Spirits (referred to as the "Company") and you (referred to as the "Customer") regarding the use of our checkout-free shopping experience powered by Amazon's Just Walk Out technology. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below as they govern your access to and use of this technology during the transition from the Early Access Period to our regular business operations.

1. Access Policy:

1.1. The term "Access Policy" now refers to the checkout-free shopping experience provided by Downtown Spirits using Amazon's Just Walk Out technology.

1.2. This Access Policy replaces the concept of the Early Access Period and applies to all customers engaging in checkout-free shopping.

2. Just Walk Out Technology:

2.1. The Just Walk Out technology enables registered customers to seamlessly shop at Downtown Spirits without traditional checkout processes.

2.2. By utilizing the Just Walk Out technology, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Customer Registration:

3.1. To participate in the checkout-free shopping experience and use the Just Walk Out technology, customers must have a registered account through the Downtown Spirits mobile app or website.

3.2. Registration is open exclusively to individuals who meet the legal drinking age in the state of Washington, which is 21 years old.

4. Identification Requirements:

4.1. To ensure security and compliance, customers may be asked to present valid identification upon request.

4.2. The Company retains the right to deny service or access to any customer who fails to provide valid identification.

5. Authorization Charge Notice:

5.1. Customers should be aware that the Company may place a pre-authorization charge on the payment method associated with their account.

5.2. The pre-authorization charge is a temporary hold and will be released or adjusted once the final purchase amount is determined.

6. Errors and Indemnity:
